What This Role Is All About As a Production Technician, you are a key part of the cultivation operation. You support the processing of plants after harvest, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance throughout trimming, drying, curing, and packaging preparation. Your goal is to produce consistent, high quality finished product while following all compliance and operational standards.
