- Set up and change over high-speed production lines according to production requirements
- Optimise machine performance to maximise efficiency, throughput, and uptime
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical faults on production equipment
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to minimise downtime
- Provide technical support during breakdowns and carry out repairs as required
- Support production planning and scheduling to ensure continuous operations
- Capture production data and machine parameters on the MES system
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor critical spares and consumables to maintain equipment reliability
