Our client, a leading organization in the technology and infrastructure support sector, is seeking a Production / Technical Support III to join their team. As a Production / Technical Support III, you will be part of the IT Operations Department supporting the Application Monitoring and Infrastructure Support teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to technical challenges, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Plano, TX/Charlotte, NC/Chandler, AZ (Hybrid -3 days onsite per week)
**Position type:** 12+ months with possibility of extension/Conversion
