Product Support Technician II

Location: Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico

Purpose

Assists in the follow-through and completion of tasks for the support function of the Production Equipment Repair & Maintenance unit, and closely follows established administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. Documents the front‑line technical implementation, modification and ongoing monitoring of the quality, safety and efficiency of discrete production of unit‑based items assembled from component parts. Performs front‑line technical deliverables to share with Manufacturing Engineers to help develop Repair and Maintenance schematics for the rollout of new and improved repair and maintenance processes, tools and equipment.
