Role: Production Support Technician

Key Responsibilities of the Production Support Technician:



  • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of products and associated manufacturing processes.

  • Provide first-line technical support across all product ranges, triaging and repairing units to component level.

  • Own investigation of production test failures and repeat issues, driving root cause analysis and supporting permanent corrective actions.
