Job Description
Lead the MD&S team as the Production Support Manager in a class 1B nuclear facility. This role emphasizes effective management and safety while ensuring quality and efficiency standards are met.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Production, you will oversee the Monitoring, Decontamination and Shipping team and establish priorities to meet business objectives. Strong leadership, team performance coaching, and adherence to safety regulations are core components of this managerial role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily production plan execution effectively
• Coach and train team members on performance
• Ensure adherence to quality production standards
• Monitor safety and maintenance program effectiveness

Requirements:
