ITIL Process experience with Service Mgmt.

Hands‐on experience in SQL (Pl/SQL), capable to analyze joint's, Store Procedures and triggers
Unix and Shell Scripting mandatory, capable to monitor processes and script errors
Hands‐on Read and Debug Code (Java or any OOP Language), skilled in Debugging and Troubleshooting, ability to perform RCA
