Job Introduction
The Production Support Engineer will support production teams in delivering first-time fixes through the interrogation and analysis of train data systems, including EMS, Rtd, RCM, and OTMR. The role provides technical support by capturing and analysing defects as they are reported, helping to reduce incidents arising from maintenance activities.
Working closely with Technical Services and the Performance Team, you will identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions, including briefings, process improvements, best practices, driving good standards and practices, development of fault-finding guides and support for pre-production/project activities.
You will coach and mentor engineers in advanced fault-finding techniques, both during routine maintenance activities and when investigating repeat or complex defects that require extensive scopes of work. You will support the development of technical knowledge across Southea...
