Job Description

Your role as a Production Supervisor:

  • Manage workflow by assigning responsibilities and creating schedules 
  • Responsible for schedule control 
  • Maintain material and quality control 
  • Responsible for other line operations 
  • Supervise and coach employees 
  • Identify efficiency issues and recommend improvements 
  • Enforce strict safety policies and company standards 

    • Work schedule:

  • Production Supervisors work at one of the shifts from 6:30 to 14:30 / from 9:00 to 17:30 / from 14:30 to 22:30 with the possibility of overtime, for which you will be compensated with time for time rule.
