Job Description
Require Quality Engineer Sheet Metal industry 1)Responsible for part setup Approvals. 2)Prepare Annual Layout Inspection Plan & Carry out Layout inspection as per Drawing 3)Maintaining rejection analysis report and PPM level to be Calculated monthly. 4)Analysis of monthly Internal Rejection / Rework & suggesting Corrective Actions. 5)Implementation of kaizens in work place 6) Basic Knowledge of ISO HANDLING INSTRUMENT: Smart scope (VMM), sipcon smart scope, Trimos height Gauge, height gauge, profile projector, surface roughness tester, air gauge, bore gauge, Vernier caliper, micrometer, bevel protector, special gauge, measuring tape etc.
