Job Description

Position Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Sardis, MS 38666

Position Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Compensation: $62,000 – $66,000



Shift & Schedule Dynamics

This position operates on a 12-hour rotating schedule to support a 24/7 manufacturing facility. We are currently seeking supervisors for both Day Shift and Night Shift teams.

  • The Shift Schedule: Supervisors work an alternating 2-2-3 rotation, which requires working every other weekend.
  • Shift Hours: Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM Night Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
  • Shift Handoff: Supervisors are expected to arrive slightly early for their shift to complete a comprehensive operational pass-down with the departing supervisor.
