We are looking for a technically inclined, energetic, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Production Supervisor at our Winnipeg manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will oversee production activities, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of production associates to meet deliverables related to safety, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery.
- Drive the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Be directly responsible for workflow, training, and scheduling of assembly tasks.
- Coach and mentor the production workforce on proper processes to meet quality standards.
