As a Supervisor I, Production Management under the Compounding Team, you will be primarily responsible for leading team members to ensure efficient task completion and adherence to processes. You will manage production activities, liaise with departments for scheduling, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee team members to ensure efficient task completion and adherence to processes
• Manage production activities, including assembly, material forming/shaping, processing, treating, or packaging to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards
• Liaise with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, Sales, and other departments to develop production schedules and allocate labor/capital resources
