Production Supervisor
JOB PURPOSE
Serve as a leader and facilitator for the work team’s tasks and activities in order to achieve safety, quality, production, environmental, and overall operational objectives while meeting customer requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and ensure compliance with the company’s safety policies, provide timely follow‑up on corrective actions for unsafe conditions, and enforce personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
- Report environmental or safety risks to the immediate supervisor.
- Ensure personnel operate machines for which they were trained, following standard work procedures.
- Participate in accident/incident investigations.
- Promote environmental awareness and safety standards in accordance with established systems.
