Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Good communication skills, can communicate to all levels of the organization.
- Analytical, process and results-oriented.
- With ISO background (QMS, EMS, FSMS, etc.)
- GMP and HACCP Training
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pulilan, Bulacan

Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily production activities to ensure schedules, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Assign workloads, prepare daily schedules, and coach/train employees on production processes, and machine operations.
