Job Description
- Lead a team of manufacturing operators and line leaders to achieve output, quality, and cycle time targets.
- Follow cleanroom protocols, safety regulations, and quality standards at all times.
- Participate in process improvement, cost reduction, yield enhancement projects & RPA.
- Comply with company policies, EHS requirements, and industry regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate with a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field is encouraged to apply.
- Willingness and ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint .
- Knowledge in Programming or Robotic Process Automation will be added advantage.
