Duties and Responsibilities: Key Requirements: Grade 12 Fully competent in English with good communication/interpersonal skills Technical aptitude and hands-on approach Proven supervisory and team management skills Basic computer literacy and admin skills Experience in a production environment Any relevant qualification is an advantage Tasks: Oversee production staff and plan daily operations Maintain staff attendance and performance Submit daily reports to management Liaise with other departments Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards Complete stock order requisitions Handle material according to company procedures Adhere to health and safety regulations Maintain housekeeping standards
