We are currently searching for a Production Supervisor to join our team at our Sidney Plant in Sidney, OH. This is a 1st shift position.
What you will do:
- Provides direct supervision to manufacturing personnel in a union environment to ensure that safety, quality, productivity, schedule, and delivery goals are met on a daily basis
- Participates and drives continuous improvement plans to make quality products, reduce costs, and follow good manufacturing practices (GMP)
