A Production Supervisor (Evening shift) is required by Careerwise recruitment to work with a Galway based electronics manufacturing client.

Role of this position


  • Take ownership of the evening shift, acting as the primary point of contact for all production, quality, H&S, and facility matters during that period; manage day-to-day scheduling and coordination of work within the team.
  • Supervises staff to produce manufactured products and organizes and monitors workflow.
  • Keeps management and support functions informed of schedule status, priorities, and problems.
  • Addresses employee and people related issues and queries through agreed company policies and procedures.
