Full-time Supervisors of Production Workers

The Production Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, and production targets are consistently achieved. Responsibilities Manage the daily production floor, ensuring output targets are met and workflow stays smooth. Lead, motivate, and coordinate a team of operators and technicians, managing shift schedules and task allocation. Oversee and enforce all on-site health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Troubleshoot daily production issues, material delays, or machine downtime as they happen. Monitor product quality and compliance throughout the manufacturing process. Complete detailed shift handovers to ensure the incoming team can hit the ground running. Requirements Proven experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager. Basic computer skills for updating shift reports and logging daily data.
