Production Supervisor | Brampton, ON | Afternoon Shift (3pm - 12 am)

What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and coach production employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Monitor productivity, labour utilization, quality, and shift performance to achieve operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, health & safety, and company procedures.
- Coordinate staffing, workflow, and resources to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
