Shift Rotation
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Production Supervisor to join our glove manufacturing team
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise machine operators and Group Leaders to achieve daily production targets.
- Supervise daily production activities.
- Monitor production output, process control, product quality, and proper use of materials/equipment.
- Conduct inspections of equipment, materials, and production lines to ensure compliance with SOPs.
What We’re Looking For:
- SPM with experience / Diploma in engineering or related fields
- Willing to work on shift rotation
