PRODUCTION SENIOR OPERATOR

Full-time Other-General

To operate specific type of laminating/coating machines, such as solvent base, solventless, wax, heat seal lacquers and water base machines in order to produce laminates of different substrates such as paper, plastic or foil.

Responsibilities

• Operate properly his machine
• Fill production reports
• Follow up lamination process around the clock, and check for glue grammage, bonding and structure performance.
• Troubleshoot any problem, and report to the team leader major ones.
• Provide quality control with samples.
• Make sure that his machine and the premises are clean at all time
• Tries to propose methods to improve his machine, to the team leader.

Health & Safety Responsibilities

• Become familiar with the health and safety procedures and instructions of his/her function(s) of work.
• Follow NAPCO-IFP safety standards and comply with Saudi Labour rules and legislation.
