Job Description
**Job Title:** Production Scheduler
**Location:** Du Bois, PA 15801
**Work Schedule:** 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
**Pay Rate:** USD 22 to 25/hr
**Contract:** Temp-to-hire
**Qualifications:**
+ Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred
+ Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
+ Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and shop floor execution
+ Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to identify constraints and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong communication and teamwork skills with cross-functional teams
+ Ability to comply with required safety procedures and PPE requirements
