Job Description
Reporting directly to the Plant Director, you will serve as a Production Planner responsible for creating and maintaining moderately complex production schedules at the Piedras Negras site. You will analyze production specifications, plant capacity and required resources to ensure effective planning and execution, track schedule performance, collect key data inputs, and provide recommendations for improvement based on production trends and opportunities.
You will collaborate with the production planning team and cross‑functional areas to drive alignment, accuracy and efficiency across daily planning activities. In this role you will ensure schedules are updated, monitored and aligned with operational goals while maintaining high attention to detail and strong organizational discipline. Additionally you will support reporting activities and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the planning function.
