Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, manage, and execute daily and weekly production and shift plans for print production and packing teams, ensuring optimal labour utilisation across all shifts.
- Open, manage, and close work orders, ensuring accurate system capture and documentation.
- Coordinate production across flexographic and digital printing machines.
- Plan material usage and availability for self-adhesive materials, ABS, inks, vinyls, cutting dies, and plates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date departmental registers, including:
- Testing Register
- Cutting Die Register
- Plate Register
- Material and Quality Registers
- Ensure all testing methodologies are followed for different self-adhesive materials and substrates.
- File production documentation in correct sequential order for traceability and audits.
