Position: Production Operator (Day shift 7am - 7.15pm / working 3-4 days per week) Working Location: Tuas (with company transport) About the Role

This is a full‑time position within the shift team, reporting to the Team Leader or Manufacturing Assistant. The role supports day‑to‑day manufacturing activities, including equipment set‑up, troubleshooting, and machine maintenance. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of manufacturing equipment used to produce BD medical products.

What you'll do:

• Operate machines to meet daily production targets while ensuring high quality and low waste.
• Carry out routine machine maintenance such as cleaning, servicing, and part replacement.
• Troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime and maintain safety standards.
