Description:

Purpose of the position: Do all production activities and operate production equipment in accordance with the plant capacity and in conformity with SHE requirements, SOP’s, Quality standards and time sequences. Performs all duties associated with the production of custom vitamin premixes. Receives, unloads, stores, delivers and ships raw and finished materials. Position context: 1st mission is to produce in a safe way with respect of all safety procedures in place.

• 175 different products for feed premixes
• A volume of approx. 6500 tons/year (depending on production planning)
• Batch processing
• 100 products
• 2 packaging lines
• Manual and automatic supervision Main operations used: • Mixing, packaging, blending, packaging machines
• Certification of the plants: ISO 9001 / 2000
