THE WHAT
You operate winding machines to produce high-performance composite structures. You ensure:
- parts meet exact specifications
- processes are stable and repeatable
- quality remains consistent
You don’t just run machines. You deliver performance.
- Operate winding machines and control process parameters
- Prepare and execute production steps (e.g. layup, curing prep)
