Job Description
🏭 **Machine Operator**
💲 **Pay:** $18–$19/hr + 💰 $1/hr shift premium for off shifts
📍 **Location:** Racine Area
🕒 **Shifts Available:**
+ ☀️ 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
+ 🌙 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
✨ **What You'll Do:**
+ Operate multiple stations on high-speed production equipment.
+ Collect and stack finished cardboard products.
+ Use a tape measure to ensure products meet specifications.
+ Load machines with raw materials.
+ Support production while maintaining quality and safety standards.
✅ **What We're Looking For:**
+ 1+ year of production or manufacturing experience.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
+ Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/8 inch.
+ Reliable and safety-focused work ethic.
