Job Description
Purpose and Mission
- Responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient, high-quality, and safe manufacturing.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
SHE:
- Ensure that all Health and Safety requirements are strictly adhered to at all times
- Strive to achieve departmental targets in relation to Health and Safety and meet continuously higher targets for accident reduction
- Identify and report any SHE issues immediately to the relevant personnel
Quality:
- Ensure all product is inspected to verify conformance to specification
- Responsible for preparing and marking inspection samples, along with attaching identification to completed coils
- Verification of defects working alongside the operator
- Work as a team to continuously improve standards of quality and customer satisfaction
