Manufacturing Production Operator
Position Overview
As a Manufacturing Production Operator for 3M Perth Scotch-Brite, you will use established procedures to safely operate equipment, apply lean principles to foster continuous improvement, meet quality standards, and troubleshoot mechanical processes and equipment changeovers. You will also perform minor repairs and develop knowledge of plant processes.
Core Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent completed before start.
- Ability and flexibility to work shift rotations.
- Must reside in Canada.
