**General Operator (Year-Round - Seasonal)**
**Pay & Schedule**
+ 1st Shift: $19.50 | 2nd & 3rd Shift: $21.50
+ 36–48+ hours/week, with overtime and multiple start dates available
**What You'll Do** Rotate across production, warehouse, and agricultural operations: seed processing/packaging, forklift and warehouse work, loading/unloading, quality inspections, data entry, harvest support, and facility upkeep.
**What We're Looking For**
+ HS Diploma/GED preferred; basic computer skills
+ Able to lift up-to 60 lbs. and be on your feet all shift
+ Comfortable indoors/outdoors in varying weather; forklift experience a plus
