Overview
The Production Manager is responsible for building competent operations staff including machining, debur, assembly, maintenance and tool crib. The Production Manager is responsible for developing operating procedures and standards and optimizing use of infrastructure to support the growth targeted in the strategic plan. Foster a positive employee relation’s climate, which encourages buy-in, teamwork and full participation by employees across the organization. Lead Visual Management activities and maintain communication lines with department managers and support teams Oversee and coordinate manufacturing operations to ensure on-time starts and completions within estimated standards and quality levels.
