Your Impact
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead Production Supervisors and production teams, work closely with Quality, Maintenance, HSE, Supply Chain, and HR partners, and play a key role in optimizing productivity, improving safety performance, and developing future leaders within the organization.
