Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
To lead, manage, and continuously improve all production operations to achieve organizational goals relating to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, and People Development. The Production Manager is responsible for ensuring efficient utilization of resources, maintaining product quality, driving operational excellence, supporting business growth, and ensuring compliance with applicable management systems and regulatory requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Tool & Die Engineering, Metal Stamping Technology, Production Management, or other related disciplines.
Experience
- Minimum eight (8) years of working experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least three (3) years in a supervisory or management role.
