The Production Manager sets the direction and oversees all activities related to plant production (from strategy development through to implementation, execution and evaluation) while driving alignment with the corporate strategic direction and established systems and directives. Delivering on a broad range of responsibilities, the Production Manager must balance an ability to draw on well-established general management capabilities with a willingness to get directly involved in the operations (applying specialty/technical skills) as required.
