Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: $135k-$145k
Travel: 5%
The Role
- Identify and report efficiency opportunities (i.e., production, cost) and/or implement appropriate solutions to optimize local plant operations.
- Make (or actively support) critical decisions that impact the local site (i.e., capital projects, team performance, production, maintenance planning, costing/budgeting etc.)
- Monitor relevant regulations to ensure compliance in areas such as ethical practices, employee and process safety, contractor safety, environment etc.
- Development and implementation of key people initiatives (i.e., training, talent development, skills planning, organization design, hiring/on-boarding, succession management etc.)
