Production Manager (Mechanical, 15p.)
Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a: This position represents a key role within the structure, acting as the true right-hand of the Director, with central managerial responsibility, shared only with the Management, in a human-sized organisation of about 15 people. Permanent contract - 100% rate - Daytime hours.
Qualifications
- Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as a die maker, polymechanic or equivalent technical training
- Proven experience in stamping/pressing and good understanding of CNC machining, ideally turning
- Knowledge in manufacturing, maintenance and monitoring of tooling
- Experience in team management and leadership
- Field-oriented person, organised, capable of problem‑solving and process improvement
