We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee end-to-end production operations for our new silver factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, team management, productivity improvement, quality adherence, and ensuring timely delivery of output.
Candidates from the jewellery manufacturing background are preferred; however, professionals from similar high-precision manufacturing industries will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day factory production operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Develop and execute production plans aligned with business demand.
Drive productivity, efficiency, and capacity utilization across teams.
