To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Production Manager located in Juarez, South Site.
Reporting to the Operations Director the Production Manager is responsible for leads multiple production lines in a highly technical manufacturing environment, ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, and quality compliance and driving performance aligned with customer requirements in an electronics manufacturing environment, particularly focused on AI server production.
What a typical day looks like:
Responsible to produce several processes/lines in a highly technical environment.
Lead a team comprising individual professional (e.g. engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements.
