The Opportunity
This is a permanent role, reporting to the Vice President of Maintenance. The Production Manager is a leadership role responsible for the performance of a multi-aircraft AMO by bringing together regulatory excellence, people leadership, and operational discipline. This role is for a hands‑on maintenance leader with deep technical credibility, strong CARs knowledge, and the drive to build a high-performing team that consistently delivers safe, high-quality maintenance outcomes.
