Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Production Maintenance Supervisor to oversee plant engineering and maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of critical utilities and production support systems while leading preventive maintenance, engineering projects, and equipment optimization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement of preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment availability and reliability.
- Manage the operation and maintenance of refrigeration, compressed air, power, steam, water, and other utility systems.
- Monitor equipment performance, analyze downtime trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
