Requirements: Matric / Grade 12 (minimum requirement) 3–5 years’ experience supervising a production line, shift, or manufacturing team Experience in a small to medium manufacturing environment Exposure to GMP, ISO, medical, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food, technical textile, packaging, or regulated manufacturing environments advantageous Strong understanding of production flow, line discipline, quality control, documentation, housekeeping, and safety standards Ability to manage operators, general workers, and contract staff effectively Strong communication skills with the ability to give clear, structured instructions High attention to detail with strong follow-through and escalation ability Computer literacy (Google Workspace advantageous) Comfortable working in a hands‑on, operational production environment Key Responsibilities: Production Line Supervision Supervise daily production activities to ensure output...
