SUMMARY:
Our client is urgently seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with production experience.
This role will supervise production operations to ensure products are manufactured safely, on time, to specification, and within cost targets, while driving productivity, reducing waste, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements Qualified Tool Maker (essential) Mechanical Engineering qualification (advantageous) Minimum 5 years' production management experience At least 3 years' people management experience Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation Fluent in English Key Responsibilities Lead daily production activities to achieve production, quality, safety, and cost targets.
