Job Description
5 year's experience in a similar position.
Workwear experience is beneficial. Knowledge of Garment Construction, Industrial Sewing Machines, and work study methods ( SMV/GSD) is critical.
Excellent people and organisational skills to coordinate production line.
Ability to work with details and time sensitive issues.
Good decision making skills and response to high pressure situations.
Ability to communicatein isi Zulu is beneficial. Roles and Responsibilities Meeting daily line target scores Breakdown management - replacement machine within 5 minutes as per SAB Procedure. Line feeding management - as per SABS procedures. Planning ofnew styles in terms of people and management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
