Position Summary
The Production Lead – TyreSense is a hands-on technical leader responsible for executing and supporting the daily production of TyreSense hardware in Langley. This role combines frontline leadership with strong electronics troubleshooting, production test ownership, and practical shop-floor execution to ensure products are built, tested, and delivered reliably.
The position is expected to work directly on the bench while leading the team, maintaining production flow, resolving technical issues in real time, and strengthening Langley’s production capability as operations expand.
