This production technician role focuses on preparing parts for anodizing by un-racking and re-racking components using a variety of hand and power tools. You will work with parts used in the medical, defense, and aerospace industries, ensuring they meet quality standards before they move into the anodizing process. The position offers cross-training across multiple tasks within the facility, allowing you to build a broad skill set in a clean, team-oriented production environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Un-rack parts and re-rack parts onto bases in preparation for the anodizing process.
+ Use hand tools and power tools, including drills, 7/16 ratchets, sockets, wrenches, and pliers, to securely mount parts on racks and bases.
+ Prepare racks and bases to be dipped into anodizing chemicals by ensuring parts are properly positioned and fastened.
