Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Production Execution & Operational Excellence
- Plan and execute production schedules to meet monthly demands.
- Manage day‑to‑day activities on the production floor.
- Ensure cGMP compliance and adherence to quality standards.
- Supervise raw materials and packaging materials to meet production requirements.
- Monitor yields, control deficiencies, and drive process improvements.
- Ensure all plant equipment operates according to specifications.
- Oversee preventative maintenance as required.
- Train subordinates and support skill development where applicable.
- Strategic Leadership
- Lead the Ipoh production team to achieve zero defects and foster a quality‑driven culture.
- Collaborate with QA/QC, HR, Facility, Maintenance, Logistics, Sales, and Supply Chain teams for operational alignment.
