The Production Engineering Supervisor is responsible for overseeing production engineering activities to ensure efficient operations, compliance with standards, and continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. This role involves people leadership, process management, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet operational targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline).
• At least 4 years of supervisory experience , preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on experience working in a manufacturing company.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience working in a PEZA-registered company .
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems .
